This is a very pleasant, modest terrace of five houses overlooking Stonebridge Common. The door and window openings are framed with moulded surrounds, those to the ground floor slightly more elaborate with consoles to the cornices over the windows. All windows are sashes with glazing bars, the ground floor windows enlarged to maximise on the natural light; the latter have curved, cast-iron window guards. There is a stucco cornice to nos 254-258, but a plain parapet to nos 250-252. The central house projects ever-so-slightly forward, accentuating the profile of the cornice. A mix of iron railings and brick walls form the boundary to the terrace. This terrace is likely to be earlier than the houses on Albion Drive which are also locally listed and part of the same conservation area.
