Two parallel 4 storey blocks separated by a closed off internal passageway. Principal facade facing Graham Road is red brick with its top floor stuccoed and comprises 5 bays with alternating designs; the 2 outer and central ones have an entrance doorway with a lunette above and are flanked with angular bays extending 3 storeys which have curved metal coverings. With the second and fourth bays, the lunette is replaced by conventional windows and the flanking bays are rectangular. Sash-style windows with stone cills and lintels. The rest of the building is in the main stock brick with the block facing Sylvester Road, while retaining the 5 bay organisation is much plainer in stock brick with red brick quoins and window dressings.
